Have you been chasing gut symptoms “forever”?

Have you tried “everything”?

You've been bloated for months. Maybe years. Wondering if you need a colonoscopy or it is some incurable situation? Do you have

Constipation that won't budge no matter what you try? Or diarrhea that keeps you mapping out every bathroom within a five-mile radius?

The pain. The distension. The "I look six months pregnant by dinner" reality that nobody seems to take seriously.

And somewhere along the way, someone mentioned SIBO and maybe getting tested.

Great. But now what?

Do you need a doctor's order?
Which test do you get?
Can you do it at home?
And once you have results—how do you know what they actually mean?

Here's the other tricky part:

The interpretation printed on your lab report? It might be wrong.

Labs use standardized criteria that miss real cases of SIBO every single day. Dr. Allison Siebecker is a true SIBO specialist. She's spent 15 years doing nothing but treating this condition and interprets tests differently.

That difference? It's the difference between finally getting answers... and being told you're "normal" when you're clearly not.

Announcing: The SIBO Testing Masterclass

Everything you need to know about SIBO testing—from ordering your first test to reading results like a specialist.Dr. Siebecker is pulling back the curtain on exactly how she interprets breath tests for patients and practitioners. The same methods that have helped thousands of people finally get accurate diagnoses.

Here's What You'll Learn:

How to actually get tested

Yes, you can order tests yourself—no doctor required. Yes, you can do them at home. Dr. Siebecker reveals four labs that let anyone order lactulose breath tests directly, plus an at-home device that costs the same as one standard test but lets you run unlimited retests.

Which test matches your symptoms

Constipation usually means methane. Diarrhea often means hydrogen or hydrogen sulfide. Alternating between both? Likely a mix. Dr. Siebecker breaks down which test captures which gas type—and why the wrong test gives you the wrong answers.

The interpretation labs get wrong

Labs use 90 minutes as the cutoff for hydrogen. Dr. Siebecker uses a different number of minutes. Why? Because 90 minutes misses patients who clearly have SIBO and respond to treatment.

How to spot hydrogen sulfide SIBO

That "flatline" pattern where nothing shows up? It's not negative. It's often hydrogen sulfide SIBO—a type that causes some of the worst symptoms. Most practitioners miss this completely.

When and why to retest

Retesting within the optimal time frame of treatment is critical. Wait a month (like many gastroenterologists recommend) and you've already started backsliding.

This Masterclass Is For You If:

→ Someone mentioned SIBO testing and you have no idea where to start

→ You've taken a test and don't understand your results

→ You tested "negative" but still have all the symptoms

→ You're a practitioner who wants to stop relying on lab interpretations that miss real cases

→ You need to retest after treatment and want to do it right

Testing and retesting greatly increases our success. It takes away guessing—and that always increases success.

Shivan Sarna, founder of SIBO SOS® and author of Healing SIBO. After a lifetime of digestive problems, she was diagnosed with SIBO (Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth) in 2015. Shivan was so excited to finally have a name for the symptoms that made me miserable – but she was quickly very frustrated by how hard it was to get access to reliable SIBO information, or even an appointment with a doctor who had experience treating SIBO. She set out to get answers about SIBO for herself – but along the way, she met thousands of people who had the same challenges.
