We want to guarantee your 100% satisfaction and will work to ensure that you’re happy with your membership ongoing. That said, we understand if you decide that the program is not the right fit or the right timing. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy below so you know what your options are.

Membership: The SIBO & IBS Support Membership
While refunds are not available for our membership program, you can cancel anytime. Once you cancel, you'll have access to the membership until your renewal date.
To cancel your membership, you can cancel it yourself on your portal, or if you prefer, you can email info@sibosos.com with at least 72-hours notice before your automated renewal. You can say "I'd like to cancel" and we'll get it handled for you, no problem.

Once you purchase and thereby enroll in a course, your enrollment is final. We are FULLY committed to you and we ask that you fully commit to the course you're enrolled in.

Chargebacks
We do not accept any type of chargeback threat or actual chargeback from your credit card company or payment processor.
Here is why: To protect ourselves as a small business, and deter those who do not want to honor their original purchase intention for whatever reason, or want to download our materials and then ask for their money back. Most chargebacks are fraudulent and unjustified and since we have this clear and explicit Refund Policy that you have agreed to prior to completing any purchase, please reach out to us at info@sibosos.com with any concerns.
If a chargeback is placed on a purchase or we receive a chargeback threat during or after your purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident to all three credit reporting agencies or to any other entity for inclusion in any chargeback database or for listing as a delinquent account, which could have a negative impact on your credit report score. The information reported will include your name, email address, order date, order amount, and billing address. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make the payment for the amount of the chargeback fee.
